The National Accounts of OECD Countries, Financial Accounts includes financial transactions (both net acquisition of financial assets and net incurrence of liabilities), by institutional sector (non-financial corporations, financial corporations, general government, households and non-profit institutions serving households, total economy and rest of the world) and by financial operation. Country tables are expressed in national currency. Data are based on the System of National Accounts 2008 (2008 SNA) for all countries.
Les Comptes nationaux des pays de l’OCDE, Comptes financiers incluent les transactions financières (à la fois acquisition nette d’actifs financiers et accroissement net des passifs), par secteur institutionnel (sociétés non financières, sociétés financières, administrations publiques, ménages et institutions sans but lucratif au service des ménages, économie totale et reste du monde) et par opération financière. Les données sont exprimées en monnaie nationale. Les données sont basées sur le Système de Comptabilité Nationale de 2008 (SCN 2008) pour tous les pays.
El objetivo fundamental de la información recogida en estas directrices del Manual de Frascati es servir de ayuda a los responsables de la toma de decisiones, en especial los responsables de la formulación de políticas públicas. Al tiempo que los datos de I+D han pasado a ser más accesibles y ocupan un lugar más destacado en el debate público, esta información también se ha convertido en un componente importante del diálogo político y social sobre el uso y el impacto de estos recursos. Existe una gran concienciación de que los datos de I+D, ya sean solos o combinados con otra información, pueden proporcionar sólo parcialmente la base para la toma de decisiones. Sin embargo, siempre y cuando los gobiernos, los líderes empresariales y el público reconozcan las características especiales de la I+D y le confieran un estatus especial, la medición del esfuerzo humano y económico dedicado a tal labor continuará jugando un papel fundamental en la mayor parte de las evidencias estadísticas requeridas por las sociedades de todo el mundo. Facilitar esta tarea es precisamente el objetivo de la séptima edición de este manual.
Latvijas veselības aprūpes sistēma kopumā nodrošina iedzīvotājiem efektīvu aprūpi ar ievērojami azākiem resursiem — un lielākām veselības aprūpes vajadzībām — nekā vairumā Ekonomiskās sadarbības un attīstības oganizācijas (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development – OECD) valstu. Latvija ir veiksmīgi konsolidējusi savu slimnīcu nozari un stiprinājusi primāro aprūpi. No 2005. līdz 2013. gadam vidējais uzturēšanās ilgums slimnīcā samazinājās par gandrīz 15 %, un
ģimenes ārstiem tagad ir papildus jāapseko pacienti, kuri izsauca neatliekamo medicīnisko palīdzību, bet netika hospitalizēti. OECD veselības aprūpes sistēmas varētu daudz mācīties no šīm reformām, kā arī no senākiem iekārtojumiem, piemēram, Latvijas feldšeriem (ārstu palīgiem).
Tomēr Latvija saskaras ar nopietniem izaicinājumiem savas veselības aprūpes sistēmas uzturēšanā un uzlabošanā. Aptuveni piektā daļa iedzīvotāju ziņo par atteikšanos no veselības aprūpes pakalpojumiem izmaksu dēļ; gaidīšanas laiki uz galvenajiem diagnostikas un ārstēšanas pakalpojumiem (piemēram, vēža aprūpi), var būt ilgi; un galveno ārstēšanas procedūru iekļaušana valsts finansēto pabalstu grozā ne vienmēr atspoguļo jaunāko paraugpraksi.

좋은 삶을 이루는 것은 무엇일까? 풍부한 인간 경험을 수치만으로 나타낼 수는 없지만 공공 정책을 수립하는 통계는 사람들의 물질적 삶의 조건과 삶의 질을 모두 반영해야 한다. 여기에는 시간이 지나면서 삶이 어떻게 변하는지, 다양한 인구 집단에서 삶이 어떻게 달라지는지, 미래를 위한 자원을 고갈시키면서 오늘날의 웰빙이 달성되는지 여부 등이 포함된다. 올해로 네 번째 발간되는 ‘How’s Life?’는 OECD 국가와 파트너 국가 국민들의 웰빙 현황을 제공하면서 이러한 필요성을 충족시키고자 한다.
Česká republika dosáhla pokroku při oddělování hospodářského růstu od čerpání pitné vody, spotřeby energie, emisí skleníkových plynů a dalších znečišťujících látek v ovzduší. Její silná průmyslová základna a spoléhání se na uhlí však řadí Českou republiku mezi energeticky a uhlíkově nejnáročnější země OECD a znečištění ovzduší představuje vážné zdravotní riziko. Pokrok směrem k udržitelnému rozvoji bude vyžadovat posílení politického závazku k nízkouhlíkovému hospodářství a provádění nákladově efektivnějších environmentálních politik.
Toto je třetí Hodnocení politik životního prostředí České republiky. Vyhodnocuje pokrok směrem k udržitelnému rozvoji a zelenému růstu se zaměřením na oblast nakládání s odpady a materiály a oběhové hospodářství a na udržitelný rozvoj měst.

A cada 3 anos, o Programa para Avaliação Internacional do Estudante, mais conhecido como PISA, avalia estudantes de 15 anos ao redor do mundo para determinar quão bem seus sistemas
de educação os prepararam para a vida após o período escolar obrigatório. Assim que os resultados são publicados, a mídia corre para comparar as posições de seus países nas tabelas classificativas
internacionais. Os legisladores, jornalistas e pesquisadores acadêmicos destrincham o relatório para descobrir como os sistemas de educação bem-sucedidos extraem o melhor desempenho de seus alunos, fazendo, ao mesmo tempo, o acesso à educação de qualidade mais equitativo. Mas, algumas vezes, as mensagens-chave não retornam para os professores, que estão diariamente preparando os estudantes de seus países.
Niniejszy cykl publikacji przedstawia wyniki kompleksowych przeglądów polityk rozwoju obszarów wiejskich w poszczególnych państwach oraz ustalenia zawarte w sprawozdaniach analitycznych poświęconych różnym aspektom polityk wobec obszarów wiejskich. Na przestrzeni ostatnich lat w Polsce nastąpił imponujący rozwój; mimo to, różnice między poszczególnymi regionami pod kątem osiąganych przez nie wyników gospodarczych i społecznych pozostają duże w świetle standardów OECD. Ogólne warunki życia w społecznościach wiejskich są zasadniczo niższe niż warunki życia w społecznościach miejskich a wiejskie gospodarstwa domowe są bardziej narażone na ubóstwo. W niniejszym badaniu przeprowadzono analizę szeregu polityk wywierających wpływ na rozwój obszarów wiejskich w Polsce. Zawarto w nim zalecenia dotyczące sposobu zwiększania wydajności rolnictwa, wspierania dywersyfikacji gospodarczej, zacieśniania współpracy między gminami oraz pogłębiania decentralizacji i usprawniania wielopoziomowego zarządzania.
يقدم كتاب "التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة في بعض الدول العربية" تحليلاً للتحديات التي تواجهها الجزائر ومصر والأردن وليبيا والمغرب وتونس فيما يتعلق بجهودها الرامية إلى تعزيز توظيف المرأة وريادتها للأعمال، ويقدم توصيات في مجال السياسة من أجل م ضي الحكومات قدمًا في طريقها. ويركز الكتاب على أربعة مجالات رئيسة: يقدم الفصل الأول مقدمة عن المشاركة الاقتصادية للمرأة في ست دول، بينما يتناول الفصل الثاني الأحكام الدولية والدستورية وإمكانية حصول المرأة على العدالة، في حين يطرح الفصل الثالث تحليلاً لتأثير قانون الأسرة على تمكين المرأة، وأخيرًا يتناول الفصل الرابع قانون العمل فيما يتعلق بحقوق المرأة باعتبارها موظفة ورائدة أعمال.
The purpose of this document is to provide guidance on the efficacy testing of biocides used in materials and treated articles. It aims to help define the problem that the use of a biocide is intended to solve or the property that it is intended to introduce and why that is required.This, along with service expectations, will help define the type of data that would be required to support any claim made in a meaningful way. The presence and relevance of existing standard test methods are described and, where they do not exist or where they do not provide sufficient support, the nature of the data required will be described. Two example protocols for common claims are provided.
The OECD Economic Outlook is the OECD's twice-yearly analysis of the major economic trends and prospects for the next two years. The Outlook puts forward a consistent set of projections for output, employment, prices, fiscal and current account balances.
Coverage is provided for all OECD member countries as well as for selected non-member countries. This issue includes a general assessment, a special chapter on the implications for public policy of the decoupling of wages from productivity and a chapter summarising developments and providing projections for each individual country.

The report outlines the technical aspects of the various approaches and methodologies available with respect to the assessment of risks from combined exposures to multiple chemicals. The document draws from approaches applied and experience gained in the regulatory context and will therefore be most relevant to the regulatory authorities addressing chemicals, the regulated community and other interested stakeholders. The considerations are not presented as strict guidance but rather elements to recognise in assessing combined exposures to multiple chemicals.

Data on government sector receipts, and on taxes in particular, are basic inputs to most structural economic descriptions and economic analyses and are increasingly used in economic comparisons. This annual publication gives a conceptual framework to define which government receipts should be regarded as taxes. It presents a unique set of detailed an internationally comparable tax data in a common format for all OECD countries from 1965 onwards.
A well-coordinated adult learning system will be essential to support the achievement of Slovenia’s long-term development goals. The transformational effects of globalisation, technological progress and demographic change on life at work and outside of it amplify the importance of getting adults’ skills right.
OECD research shows that individuals, employers and society benefit from adults having higher levels of skills. Slovenia has achieved significant improvements in student performance and tertiary attainment in recent decades. Yet today, many adults in Slovenia have only low levels of basic skills. Participation in adult learning remains below Slovenia’s targets, especially for low-skilled, unemployed and older adults, and workers in small businesses. Against the backdrop of a growing economy and awareness about the importance of skills, Slovenia’s government, social partners and stakeholders have a unique opportunity to improve how they share responsibility and work together in the adult learning system.
This report outlines how Slovenia can strengthen the enabling conditions for co-operation, co-operation between specific actors (ministries, municipalities and stakeholders), and co-operation on specific challenges (promotion and financing). It recommends eight actions that government, social partners and stakeholders can take to strengthen co-ordination and co-operation, in order to improve participation, outcomes and cost-effectiveness in adult learning.
